Lord Mayor's Commendations
The Lord Mayor's Commendations is a program that recognises longevity amongst small business proprietors within the city of Melbourne. The starting time for qualification is ten years within the city.platinum.gif

 

The application form is on the Enterprise Melbourne website. Please look under the 'Business Support and Planning' header on the right hand side for the Lord Mayor's Commendations page: http://www.enterprisemelbourne.com.au/commendations.

 

Applicants can fill in the application form in 3 ways:

1.)  Fill in a printed hard copy by hand (available from Kay Craddock, Kay Craddock – Antiquarian Bookseller, 156 Collins Street, Melbourne. Telephone 9654 7530)

2.)  Access the website and print off the Pdf version and fill in by hand

3.)  Access the website and fill in the application form online. Once complete this application form will be sent automatically to the lmcommendations@melbourne.vic.gov.au email inbox
