The Grand Jazz Dinner Show at DOLLY, Le Méridien Melbourne

On Saturday, 29 August 2026, DOLLY at Le Méridien Melbourne presents The Grand Jazz Dinner Show, one of the venue’s biggest and most anticipated live jazz nights of the year.

Hidden beneath Bourke Street, DOLLY is the hotel’s underground European restaurant and late-night cocktail bar, known for polished dining, a lively room and popular Saturday jazz nights.

For this headline event, The Night Creatures take over as an electrifying five-piece band, performing live from 6:30pm to 9:30pm.

Tickets are $145 per person and include show admission, DOLLY’s four-course Signature Menu and matched wines. Bordeaux-born, Michelin-trained Executive Chef Hervé Borghini leads the dining experience, with DOLLY favourites such as Steak Frites and Crème Brûlée featured across the evening.

Following the sell-out response to previous editions, tables are expected to fill quickly. Early bookings are strongly recommended.
