Luke has an extensive international career throughout the Asia Pacific region. Luke’s experience spans from small family run businesses to large multinational corporations in the Hospitality, Retail and Finance sectors.
Having lead hotels for much of his career, Luke moved into banking and finance over five years ago working for Westpac, one of Australia’s largest banks, both as a Bank Manager for their Head Office branch in Melbourne and also a Relationship Director of Premier Banking. Luke’s high level of client service was recognised by Westpac in 2019 when he was awarded the National Service Champion of the Year.

Tammy Watson is currently the General Manager at St. Collins Lane Located in Melbourne’s CBD. Tammy has been working in the Shopping Centre Industry for the past 20 years. Her experience encompasses roles for both retailers and landlords who have helped her grow a wealth of knowledge within the industry. In the last 15 years, Tammy has worked as a Centre Manager within various types of assets including, Cranbourne Park Development, Melbourne Airport , Large Format Retail, Tourism based Outlet Centres including, Harbourtown Adelaide, DFO Essendon as well as traditional Retail Centers. Tammy is most passionate about working with great teams, encouraging innovation and developing staff. She is a role model for others in terms of her work ethic and her passion for all things retail.
Principal Designer, Temelli Jewellery
James loves working with fine jewellery, high quality diamonds and rare, precious gemstones. He currently specializes in custom designed, unique and beautiful creations for a discerning clientele. James has an extensive background in Retail Marketing, Social Media Management, Public Relations and Event Management in both a shopping centre management environment and in a retail environment.
As a principal designer for Melbourne based Temelli Jewellery, James designs unique creations across 4 Melbourne showrooms as well as for interstate and international clientele. He holds a Lord Mayors Commendation and various other business awards. James enjoys utilizing his skills in Marketing and PR to further elevate Collins Street to local and international visitors as a premium destination for luxury.

Alister Reid was born and raised in Melbourne. Tertiary education at RMIT.
Has worked in the city since 1983 and since 1999 has owned and operated the Gray Reid Gallery on Collins Street.
Since 1999 led by Alister Reid, Gray Reid Gallery has become renowned for a beautifully curated unique yet timeless collection. Bespoke handmade fine jewellery, contemporary Australian jewellery, antique and vintage jewellery and objects d’art are featured. Our showroom hosts exhibitions from artisan-designed, contemporary jewellers and members of The Gold and Silversmiths Guild of Australia. We showcase an exceptional range of antique and vintage items.
Retail Property Manager, AMP Capital – Collins Place
Deborah Price is currently the Retail Property Manager at Collins Place, a mixed use precinct home to The Sofitel Melbourne, Kino Cinema, a range of retail operators and two commercial buildings. Her background is in retail, most recently as Head of Retail and Melbourne Airport for 15 years and has worked for various Landlords and Shopping Centres nationally.
Deborah is a worker and resident in Melbourne’s CBD, loves the pulse and diversity of the city and has been a committee member of the Property Council Retail Group and Collins Street Precinct since 2018.

Alycia French is the founder of Alycia Co, helping to establish new brands and refresh existing brands through business planning, marketing strategy and content creation. Starting out in the arts industry marketing The Australian Ballet, followed by promotions-focused agency work for international FMCG brands, Alycia then enjoyed a short marketing stint at the International School of Paris, before returning to Australia and specialising in branding within the hospitality market across the country – with one Melbourne project, Fargo & Co, winning Best Marketed Venue at the AHA Hospitality Awards in 2018. A credentialed Life Coach, Alycia now also consults for B2B and B2C personal service businesses and enjoys the human behaviour challenge of engaging and creating specific feelings towards brands from select clients/consumers.

She first joined Time Out in Sydney before moving to Melbourne to set up the sister office, and she now spends her time between the two states.
