Curated by Executive Chef Charlie Song, the menu is a celebration of Australia’s unique ingredients and seasonal flavours. Enjoy savoury bites such as Skull Island king prawn salad with desert lime and rare seared kangaroo with Manuka honey caramelised onion relish, followed by housemade scones and delicate desserts such as Charlotte Fraise with mountain pepperberry and orange cake with finger lime pearls.
