Join us for the inaugural Spice & Vine Society dinner as we explore one of the world’s most exciting and unexpected wine frontiers.

For our very first event, we’re partnering with Hamish Williams from Periphery Wines to discover the remarkable wines emerging from China. From the high-altitude vineyards of Yunnan to the pioneering wineries of Ningxia, we’ll uncover the stories behind a new generation of winemakers who are redefining one of the world’s oldest wine cultures.

Over the course of the evening, you’ll enjoy a specially curated Longrain menu paired with six exceptional wines, presented across five tasting brackets, each designed to showcase the incredible relationship between Asian flavours and modern Chinese wines.

Expect fresh, aromatic seafood, spice-laced pork and duck, and a delicate dessert alongside surprising wines and fascinating conversation — Hamish sharing the stories behind each producer along the way, all enjoyed around a shared table with like-minded wine lovers.
