The Magic Table at the Intercontinental Melbourne

A new show format is taking experiential dining to an entirely new level. When reality and illusion blend, when a beautifully set table becomes the stage for magic, and a five-course menu seduces the senses – that’s when The Magic Table begins. This innovative 3D dinner show will premiere on 7 November at InterContinental Melbourne The Rialto – featuring the world-renowned magician duo The Clairvoyants, who played a key role in shaping the concept behind this one-of-a-kind experience.
The Magic Table is more than just a culinary evening – it’s a magical journey to a mysterious place where, for centuries, the greatest magicians have gathered to guard secrets and make the impossible come true. As the menu is prepared, the table itself transforms into a vibrant stage where magic, technology, and indulgence seamlessly merge. Modern 3D projections, interactive elements, and masterful illusions draw guests into a narrative where they are not merely spectators, but part of the experience itself. Visual effects, intimate magical moments, and a finely tuned interplay of light, sound, and cuisine turn The Magic Table into an emotionally immersive experience. The specially designed five-course menu is not only refined in flavour, but also intricately aligned with the show – each course a chapter full of surprises and thoughtful staging. The boundaries between show and dining begin to blur – here, magic is not only seen but tasted also.
At the heart of this extraordinary experience are Thommy Ten & Amélie van Tass, internationally known as The Clairvoyants. The Austrian magician duo rose to global fame through their performances on America’s Got Talent and have since toured the world with their spectacular mentalism and illusion shows. With their unique blend of telepathy, stagecraft, and an intuitive connection to their audience, they have been captivating people of all ages for years. For The Magic Table, they’ve brought their signature magic into a new, interactive format – as creative partners behind the concept and as virtual hosts, they guide guests through the evening. In doing so, they create a captivating atmosphere where every illusion becomes a personal experience.
Following its launch on 7 November 2025, “The Magic Table” will run every Wednesday through Saturday at 6:30 PM. For all further information regarding reservations and bookings, including pricing and the menu, please visit https://themagictable.com/melbourne.
