Luke Harris
Founder & Director – Evolution FSA
Luke has an extensive international career throughout the Asia Pacific region. Luke’s experience spans from small family run businesses to large multinational corporations in the Hospitality, Retail and Finance sectors.
Having lead hotels for much of his career, Luke moved into banking and finance over five years ago working for Westpac, one of Australia’s largest banks, both as a Bank Manager for their Head Office branch in Melbourne and also a Relationship Director of Premier Banking. Luke’s high level of client service was recognised by Westpac in 2019 when he was awarded the National Service Champion of the Year.

Tammy Watson
Tammy Watson previously the General Manager at St. Collins Lane Located in Melbourne’s CBD. Tammy has been working in the Shopping Centre Industry for the past 20 years. Her experience encompasses roles for both retailers and landlords who have helped her grow a wealth of knowledge within the industry. In the last 15 years, Tammy has worked as a Centre Manager within various types of assets including, Cranbourne Park Development, Melbourne Airport , Large Format Retail, Tourism based Outlet Centres including, Harbourtown Adelaide, DFO Essendon as well as traditional Retail Centers. Tammy is most passionate about working with great teams, encouraging innovation and developing staff. She is a role model for others in terms of her work ethic and her passion for all things retail.

James Temelli
Principal Designer, Temelli Jewellery
James loves working with fine jewellery, high quality diamonds and rare, precious gemstones. He currently specializes in custom designed, unique and beautiful creations for a discerning clientele. James has an extensive background in Retail Marketing, Social Media Management, Public Relations and Event Management in both a shopping centre management environment and in a retail environment.
As a principal designer for Melbourne based Temelli Jewellery, James designs unique creations across 4 Melbourne showrooms as well as for interstate and international clientele. He holds a Lord Mayors Commendation and various other business awards. James enjoys utilizing his skills in Marketing and PR to further elevate Collins Street to local and international visitors as a premium destination for luxury.

Alister Reid
Owner of Gray Reid Gallery
Alister Reid was born and raised in Melbourne. Tertiary education at RMIT.
Has worked in the city since 1983 and since 1999 has owned and operated the Gray Reid Gallery on Collins Street.
Since 1999 led by Alister Reid, Gray Reid Gallery has become renowned for a beautifully curated unique yet timeless collection. Bespoke handmade fine jewellery, contemporary Australian jewellery, antique and vintage jewellery and objects d’art are featured. Our showroom hosts exhibitions from artisan-designed, contemporary jewellers and members of The Gold and Silversmiths Guild of Australia. We showcase an exceptional range of antique and vintage items.

Alycia French

Alycia French started out in the arts industry, marketing The Australian Ballet, followed by agency work for international FMCG brands, before enjoying a short stint at the International School of Paris in France. Returning to specialise in brand marketing, Alycia worked within and consulted for hospitality brands across Australia – with one Melbourne project going on to win Best Marketed Venue at the Australian Hospitality Awards in 2018. Partnering with business leaders and entrepreneurs to establish or refresh their brand strategy from the inside out, Alycia began implementing coaching and human behaviour development principles for more authentic results and sustainable success. Dani Zeini

Dani Zeini, founder of Royal Stacks and known as Melbourne’s burger king, is a favourite face of the city’s dining scene. Since opening his first venue in Dandenong almost 20 years ago, the Royal Stacks burger empire has expanded to include venues across the state, with the biggest store recently opening at the flagship location of Crown. Dani is also one of the co-founders of Melbourne Institution Johnny, Vince and Sam’s Ristorante, the first eatery to open under the Sooshi Mango banner.
